Refund policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply only to paid enrollments invoiced by Neural API Hub. Because this website does not process payments, a website visit alone creates no refundable transaction.

Timeframe

You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment if you have not attended any live session and have not downloaded more than the orientation packet. After the first live session, refunds become partial or unavailable as described below.

Full or partial refunds

Full refund: unused enrollment within the 7-day window above. Partial refund: up to 40% if you withdraw after Module 1 but before Module 3 of a live cohort, less any non-recoverable facilitator costs stated on your invoice. No refund after Module 3 begins, except where required by mandatory Korean consumer law.

Non-refundable items

Custom Assurance Cohort deposits marked non-refundable on the statement of work, third-party exam fees (if any), and completed private consulting hours are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email info@neuralapihub.digital with your invoice number, cohort name, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval. Bank timelines may add delay for international wires.

Cancellation by Neural API Hub

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of fees paid for that cohort.

Exceptions

Documented medical or bereavement situations may receive goodwill credits outside the standard schedule at our discretion. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may delay future enrollment.
